User Privacy Choices – TravAI

You are in control of your personal data while using TravAI. Below you can learn how to request data deletion, manage stored data, or withdraw consent for analytics.

1. Request Data Deletion

You may request complete deletion of your user account and all associated data (including message history, subscription info, and stored tokens) at any time.

📧 Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Delete My TravAI Data”.

2. Modify or Restrict Data Usage

• You may choose not to grant permission for image uploads or photo-based queries.
• You can opt out of optional analytics through your device’s app privacy settings.
• If you use an Apple ID, you can manage app permissions under iOS → Settings → Privacy → TravAI.

3. Access or Review Stored Data

You may request a copy of the limited information we store (user ID, subscription status, remaining message count, and expiry date). This information can be sent securely upon identity verification.

4. Withdraw Consent

You may withdraw consent for optional data processing (such as analytics or reward tracking) at any time by emailing us or disabling related permissions in your app settings.
